Our services may include:

  • AI assistants that answer questions based on your organization's knowledge.

  • AI chat widgets that can be embedded into websites.

  • Document and knowledge base management.

  • User and team management.

  • Subscription-based cloud services.

We may add, modify, improve, or discontinue certain features from time to time in order to enhance our services, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Keep your account information up to date.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

You may not share your account with others if doing so violates the terms of your subscription plan.

You must meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use our services.

3. Subscription and Billing

5. Ownership of Customer Content

You retain full ownership of all documents, files, and other content that you upload to the services ("Customer Content").

We process Customer Content solely for the purpose of providing our services, including:

  • Secure storage.

  • Indexing.

  • Information retrieval.

  • Providing retrieved content as context to a Large Language Model (LLM) using a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to generate responses.

We do not use Customer Content to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence (AI) or Large Language Model (LLM) developed or operated by us.

We do not claim ownership of your Customer Content.

6. AI-Generated Responses

Our services use Large Language Models (LLMs) together with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to generate responses based on Customer Content.

Although we continuously work to improve the quality of our services, AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying important information before relying on AI-generated responses for business, legal, financial, medical, or other significant decisions.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a reliable and highly available service.

However, we do not guarantee that the services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • System maintenance.

  • Software upgrades.

  • Infrastructure failures.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, user interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other intellectual property associated with BotLexi are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy.

  • Modify.

  • Distribute.

  • Rent.

  • Resell.

  • Reverse engineer.

our services unless expressly permitted by us in writing or required by applicable law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • You use the services for unlawful purposes.

  • You fail to pay applicable fees.

  • Your activities threaten the security, stability, or operation of our services.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Termination of your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless otherwise provided in our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BotLexi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or applicable legal requirements.

The updated Terms become effective upon publication on our website.

Your continued use of the services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
